Jean Claude Matabaro is a dedicated and multifaceted professional with a strong foundation in science, engineering, and behavioral health. He graduated in 2008 from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston in 2016. His academic journey reflects a commitment to learning and adaptability across diverse fields.

Jean Claude brings over a decade of experience serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health needs. His career began in direct care, where he worked for more than 10 years as a Direct Support Professional, providing hands-on support and advocacy for clients in need. He later took on leadership roles, including Program Manager for a residential care facility, where he managed staff, coordinated care plans, and ensured the delivery of high-quality services.


Today, Jean Claude serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Behavioral Health, an organization committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges. In this role, he leads strategic planning, program development, and organizational growth, leveraging his deep experience in care delivery and his vision for inclusive, community-based behavioral health solutions.
