Cynthia Shaver, LPC, NCC, is the Clinical Director of Impact Behavioral Health, with over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon. She graduated in 2012 from George Fox University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Cynthia has had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and groups throughout her career. Known for her expertise in LGBTQIA+ and alternative lifestyles, she approaches her practice with a trauma-informed lens, prioritizing client safety and healing in all aspects of therapy.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Cynthia provides professional training and clinical supervision for Oregon-based MFT and LPC associates. She has extensive experience in crisis care and planning, with experience as a Pre-Commitment Investigator and working alongside law enforcement to assist with public mental health needs. In these roles, she advocated to ensure that clients received the care and support they needed.
